血府逐瘀汤抗心肌缺血及耐缺氧作用的实验研究
Exper imental Study of Xufu Zhuyu Tang on Anti myocardial lschemia and Hypoxia Tolerance
【摘要】 目的 探索血府逐瘀汤对缺血心肌的保护作用及机制。方法 以腹腔注射垂体后叶素复制大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,测定大鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶 (HBDH)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA) ;小鼠常压耐缺氧试验。结果 同模型组比较 ,血府逐瘀汤能显著提高心肌缺血大鼠的血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,降低心肌缺血大鼠的血清乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶 (HBDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、丙二醛 (MDA) ;血府逐瘀汤能使雄性小鼠耐缺氧时间显著延长。结论 血府逐瘀汤是通过提高缺血大鼠 SOD,降低L DH、 CPK、 HBDH、 AST、 MDA,延长耐缺氧时间等而保护缺血心肌的 ,这些作用可能是血府逐瘀汤防治冠心病的机理之一
【Abstract】 Explore the protection and its mechanism of Xufu zhuyu Tang on myocardial ischemia.Method In ject hypophysis pituitrin into abdominal cavity to reproduce rats model of acute myocardial ischemia, measure rats serum latic dehydrogenase(LDH),phosphokinase(CPK), hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase (HBDH),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonic aldehyde(MDA);make the test of mouse hypoxia tolerance in normal pressure.Result:Compared with the model,Xufu Zhuyu Tang can markedly raise SOD,lower LDH,CPK,HBDH,AST and MDA,and prolong male mouse hypoxia tolerance time.Conclusion:By improving ischemia rats SOD,and reducing LDH,CPK,HBDH,AST and MDA,and prolonging the hypoxia tolerance time,XufuZhuyu Tang protects ischemia myocardio the function maybe one of the mechanisms for XufuZhuyu Tang to prevent and treat coronary heart diseases.
