【Abstract】 The problems in the development of private economy are as follows: it developed with a lack of general regulation and scientific management;ownership of the private enterprises was not clear;the relationship between the workers and the owners should be adjusted;the management system was not in good order; individual’ life style of the private business owners brought about bad social effects.In order to quicken the development of the private economy,the following measurements should be carried out:properly understanding and dealing with the various relations during the development of private economy;establishing and perfecting the policies that are beneficial to developing private economy;clearing and reorganizing the ownership;strengthening the government’s control of them;co ordinating the relationship between workers and owners.更多还原
