【Abstract】 The unreasonable income gap between urban and rural residents has resulted about serious consequence of society and economy. Therefore, governments, especially central government, should eliminate the discrimination against peasants and give them national treatment. Governments should reduce peasants burden of taxation and cost, enhance financial support to increase the supply of rural public goods, improve the situation of rural society and economy to construct new rural area of socialism, and promote the integration of society and economy between urban and rural area.更多还原
