国内外数控技术发展动向
Trends of CNC technology in China and Abroad
【摘要】 目前国内外数控技术的发展动向是串行总线数控和基于PC数控。串行总线数控系统具有连接简单、成本较低、安装方便等优点,国外正处在发展阶段,国产产品未见报道。基于PC的数控系统对用户开放性好、扩展功能容易,并且允许使用第三方软件。基于PC的数控系统技术,其一是利用单片机或DSP作为数控轴的运动控制部件,采用双端口存储技术或串/并行通信与主机(PC)交换数据,实现CNC控制;其二是利用PC高速运算能力,将硬件功能软化,用于CNC控制的硬件只是简单的接口;其三是利用EPCD、FPGA等大规模器件,作为基于IPC的专用数字-脉冲伺服接口卡,控制执行电机的运动。
【Abstract】 :The trend of CNC technology in China and abroad is serial bus CNC system and PC-CNC system. The serial bus CNC system is provided with the advantages of simple connection and cost lower and install convenience and so on. At present, the serial bus CNC system is developed in abroad, and the serial bus CNC product developed by China is not reported. The PC-CNC system is open to user and its functions are expanded very easily, and its software is common software. Based on PC-CNC technology, single-chip microcomputer or DSP is applied as control parts of motion of CNC axes, in virtue of taking up with memory technique of double-port or serial-parallel communication, CNC control and data interchange is realized between microcomputer and PC host computer. Making use of the high-speed operation function of PC, hardware function will be actualize by software, the hardware with CNC control is a simple interface. The motion of execution motor is controlled by special servo interface card (digital-pulse) of IPC using EPCD and EPGA large-scale parts.
