旋转自洁式空气滤清器结构选择的试验研究
Experiment Research on the Structure Selection for the High-Speed Rotary Positive Air Filter
【摘要】 通过滤清效率对比试验 ,对旋转自洁式空气滤清器进行了 6种结构选择实验研究 ,从而确定了滤清器的最佳结构方案 .研究表明 ,旋转自洁式空气滤清器的结构可行 ,滤清效率稳定在 95 %以上 ,为今后进一步提高这一新型滤清器的性能和实用化研究奠定了基础 .
【Abstract】 In this article the experiment research on the structure selection of rotating part of the high-speed rotary positive air filter was carried out.When six different structures of rotating part of the filter were adopted,the separating efficiency of each structure was measured and the result was contrasted.The result shows that the structure of rotating part of the high-speed rotary positive air filter is feasible and the optimum structure is found out.The separating efficiency of the filter is stable and greater than 95%.The research has laid a foundation for the further enhancement of the performance and applied research of the filter.
