Eu3+:(TTA)m复合体系的电致发光研究

【摘要】 以稀土螯合物Eu3+:(TTA) m 复合体系和小分子材料Alq3作成双层结构器件 ,研究Alq3层厚度不同时电致发光光谱的变化 .当Alq3层的厚度减小到某一厚度时 ,在双层器件结构中可得到高亮度、窄谱带的红色发光
【Abstract】 Organic bilayer devices were fabricated by using Eu 3+ :(TTA) m complexes and small molecular material Alq 3, and the variety of spectrum was studied by changing the thickness of Alq 3 layer. We can obtain bright red and narrow bandwidth light emission from ITO/Eu 3+ :(TTA) m/Alq 3/Al bilayer device when Alq 3 reduces to a certain thickness.
