【Abstract】 In order to realize blue electroluminescence from ZnS host, we fired ZnS:Cu powder. Thin film electroluminescent device is fabricated based on this material. The electroluminescent spectra are measured and four peaks are found. The influence of voltage and frequency of driven signal on the brightness of the device are also measured. The blue electroluminescence is obtained.更多还原
