短间隔连续部分肝切除(SISPH)对肝细胞核和核仁的影响
EFFECT OF SHORT INTERVAL SUCCESSIVE PARTIAL HEPATECTOMY(SISPH) ON HEPATOCYTE NUCLEUS AND NUCLEOLUS
【摘要】 以建立的 4种短间隔连续部分肝切除模型 (shortintervalsuccessivepartialhepatectomy ,SISPH)为材料 ,分析了连续部分肝切除 (successivepartialhepatectomy ,SPH)次数和方式对大鼠肝细胞核和核仁的体积、数目影响 ,证实了肝细胞核和核仁的大小、数目变化与SISPH的次数和方式正相关。
【Abstract】 Using the short interval successive partial hepatectomy (SISPH) models, we analyzed the effect of the resection time and fashion of SISPH on rat hepatocyte nucleus and nucleoli, and comfirmed that the number of nucleus and nucleoli in haper cells is positive relative with the resection time and fashion of SISPH.
