蝎神经毒素在大肠杆菌中的非分泌非融合表达
NON-SECRETION AND NON-FUSION EXPRESSION OF NEUROTOXIN OF SCORPION BUTHUS MARTENSII KARSCH IN ESCHERICHIA COLI
【摘要】 构建一种温控型蝎神经毒素重组表达质粒以及一种IPTG诱导的非分泌非融合型重组表达质粒 ,并在大肠杆菌中进行了表达研究。
【Abstract】 Scorpion neurotoxin from Buthus martensii Karsch has been isolated previously in our laboratory. In this study we constructed two recombinant plasmids using expression -vector pBV221 and pExSec1(-szz)to express the toxin in E.coli. The expression of both constructs was detected by SDS-PAGE.
