三种电路仿真软件比较及器件模型加入方法

【摘要】 在比较了ＯＲＣＡＤ／ＰＳＰＩＣＥ， ＰＲＯＴＥＬ， Ｅｌｅｃｔｒｏｎｉｃｓ Ｗｏｒｋｂｅｎｃｈ三种仿真软件各自特点的基础上，介绍了把基于ＳＰＩＣＥ语言的器件模型加入三种软件的方法，实现了三种软件间器件模型的互相调用功能，开拓了三种语言的使用范围。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of EDA software’s characteristics is compared and introducing the methods of inputting the devices’ spice model, these make it possible that using each other’s device spice model of different software.
