半导体激光器光热光频调制特性的理论分析
Theoretical Analysis on Characteristics of Photothermal Frequency Modulation for Laser Diode
【摘要】 利用光照射半导体激光器而改变其结温的方法 ,可精确地控制激光的频移幅度。理论分析表明频移幅度与调制频率、热时间常数和半导体激光器的偏置电流等物理量有关。选择恰当的物理参数可满足正弦相位调制干涉仪最佳测量条件
【Abstract】 The frequency shift of a laser diode can be controlled accurately by changing its junction temperature photothermally. It is made clear through the theoretical analysis that the frequency shift is dependent on the modulation frequency, thermal time constant, bias current of the laser diode and so on. The optimum measuring condition of the laser diode interferometer can be determined by choosing appropriate physical parameters of the laser diode.
