亚稳态材料的超长应力平台现象及分析
Super long stress plateau phenomenon and its analysis in metastable materials
【摘要】 研究了亚稳奥氏体不锈钢应变率对应力平台长度的影响。结果表明 ,应变率增加 ,应力平台长度εL 增加 ,平台长度占总应变的比例 β也随之增加 ,并在高应变率时演化为平台长度近 2 0 % ,平台长度占总应变比例约 40 %的超长应力平台。如此长的应力平台与高应变率时应变诱发马氏体转变速率df/dε减小有关
【Abstract】 The effects of strain rate on stress plateau length have been investigated in metastable austenitic stainless steel.The experimental results show that the stress plateau length and its proportion to the total strain increase with the increasing strain rate;then at high strain rate,it evolves into a super long stress plateau with length approaching 20%, and 40% proportion to the total strain.The super long stress plateau is related to the decrease of the transformation rate of strain-induced martensite at high strain rate.
