低分子肝素对缺血性心脏病凝血机制的影响
EFFECT OF LOW-MOLECULAR-WEIGHT HEPARIN ON COAGULATION FUNCTION IN ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE
【摘要】 目的 探讨低分子肝素 (LMWH)对缺血性心脏病 (IHD)血液凝血机制的影响。②方法 观察 75例IHD病人应用LMWH治疗后凝血机制的变化。③结果 应用LMWH治疗后 ,IHD病人抗凝血酶Ⅲ ,组织型纤溶酶原激活物活性较用药前升高 ,差异有显著性 (t=3.2 2 ,8.45 ,P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;部分激活凝血活酶时间、凝血因子Ⅱ时间治疗前后比较 ,差异无显著性。④结论 LMWH治疗可以改善IHD血栓前状态 ,且无出血倾向。
【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) on coagulation function in ischemic heart disease(IHD). \ Methods\ 75 IHD patients were observed for their coagulation function after receiving the therapy with LMWH.\ Results\ AT Ⅲ level and t PA significantly elevated after using LMWH compared with that for the control group. The difference was significant( t=3.22, 8.45,P <0.05,0.01). There was no significant difference for partially activated thromboplastin time and clotting factor Ⅱ time before and after the treatment.\ Conclusion\ LMWH therapy may improve pre thrombotic condition for IHD patients without tendency of hemorrhage .
