【摘要】 目的　探讨足月新生儿T淋巴细胞凋亡特性及其影响因素。②方法　以健康成人为对照 ,采用凋亡细胞计数和片段DNA电泳观察足月新生儿T淋巴细胞凋亡特性 ;用免疫荧光法、ELISA法分别检测足月新生儿CD2 5,CD3 8表达率和IL 2 ,IL 6产生能力 ,并分析其与凋亡率的相关性。③结果　经PHA刺激培养 2 4,48h足月新生儿T淋巴细胞凋亡率明显高于成人组 (t=32 .2 5 8,2 1.6 80 ,P <0 .0 1) ;足月儿组培养 0 ,48h的CD3 8表达率与T淋巴细胞凋亡率呈正相关 (r=0 .894,0 .774,P <0 .0 1) ,而培养 48h的CD2 5表达率与T淋巴细胞凋亡率呈负相关 (r =- 0 .886 ,P <0 .0 1) ;足月儿组IL 6产生水平明显低于成人组 (t=6 .741,P <0 .0 1) ,而T淋巴细胞凋亡率与IL 2 ,IL 6产生水平皆无相关性。④结论　凋亡过剩是新生儿T淋巴细胞功能不成熟的重要特征之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the features of T lymphocyte apoptosis and its effecting factors in full term neonates. Methods\ The characteristics of apoptosis of T lymphocytes were determined in 30 full term neonates and 15 adults by percentage calculation of apoptotic cell and DNA fragmentation analysis. The expression of CD 25 (IL 2R) and CD 38 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the volume of IL 2 and IL 6 produced by lymphocytes incubated for 48h were determined by immunofluorescence procedure and ELISA. \ Results\ T lymphocyte apoptosis rate at incubating 24 and 48 hours were higher in full term neonates than those of the adults ( t=32.258,21.680,P <0.01) . The apoptotic cell percentage at incubating 0,48 hours was positively correlated with the expression of CD 38 ( r=0.894,0.774,P <0.01) , but negatively with the expression of CD 25 at incubating 48 hours ( r= -0.886 ,P <0.01) . Remarkably decreased volume of IL 6 produced by lymphocyte in full term neonates was found in comparison with those of the adults ( t=6.741,P <0.01). The apoptotic cell percentage was neither correlated with the volume of IL 6 nor with IL 2 produced by lymphocytes in full term neonates. \ Conclusion\ Enhanced susceptibility to apoptosis is another important character of T lymphocyte dysfunction in neonates.更多还原
