【Abstract】 Objective\ To explore the ways of educating high level qualified medical personnel and how to carry out quality oriented medical education in the 21st century.\ Methods\ Based on the development of medicine and social needs in the 21st century,the author analysed the required qualities of medical personnel and the basic ways of developing quality education in the 21st century. \ Results\ It is necessary for the high level qualified medical personnel in the 21st century to have a good command of new technologies, extensive knowledge and solid foundations of medicine,to have the desires and abilities of bringings forth new ideas, and to have a relatively strong adaptability to specific jobs. The basic ways of developing quality oriented education are to changes our educational thoughts,to revise our curriculum structure of medicine and its content system,to build up the contingents of teachers to suit the needs of quality oriented education ,to estabish highly civilized school campuses, and to creat the required atomosphere of quality oriented education. \ Conclusion\ The 21st century is in need of high level qualified medical personnel .The basic ways of developing quality oriented education are to change our educational thoughts and ideas ,to revise our curriculum system and its teaching contents,and to build up new model of training qualified personnel.更多还原
