武汉地区高层建筑桩基工作性状分析与探讨
Analyses and Study on Work Condition of Pile Foundation of High Buildings in Wuhan City
【摘要】 武汉市区位于长江和汉江的交汇点 ,地势低洼 ,历史时期多为荒湖沼泽 ,在地貌上属丘陵平原过渡地带。总体而言 ,这一地区地基土的工程地质条件与水文地质条件十分复杂 ,因而已建或在建的高层建筑大多都采用了桩基础。一定的地质条件必然决定着某一地区基础型式的特点与工作性状。本文结合大量工程实例从不同侧面探讨了武汉地区高层建筑桩基础的工作性状与设计方法 ,旨在从中找出一些规律 ,以推动这一地区高层建筑桩基工程的理论与实践。
【Abstract】 Wuhan City is located at the intersection of Yangtse River and Han River, where there were many lakes and swamps in the history. As far as physiognomy concerned, Wuhan City belongs to transitional belt from hill to plain. Generally, the engineering geological and hydro geological conditions are complicated in this area. Therefore, for most high buildings, the pile foundation has to be chosen. As it is well known, that the features and work conditions of foundations in one area are determined by certain geological conditions, the work conditions and design methods of high building pile foundation in Wuhan City were discussed through a number of cases. The main purpose of this paper is to seek general laws in pile foundation design and construction in this area, which will benefit both the theory and practice of high building foundation engi neering in Wuhan City.
