【摘要】 目的 :探讨卡托普利对充血性心力衰竭患者左室肥厚的逆转作用。方法 :随机选择 40例充血性心力衰竭患者分成两组 ,治疗组口服卡托普利 (12 .5～ 2 5mg ,每天 3次 )及地高辛 2个月 ,对照组口服地高辛 2个月。治疗前后用超声心动仪检测左心室肥厚相关指标。结果 :治疗组患者舒张期室间隔厚度、舒张期左室内径、左室心肌重量指数均有显著改善 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :卡托普利对充血性心力衰竭患者左心肥厚有逆转作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of captopril on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:Forty patients with CHF were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group(20 patients) were administered captopril and digoxin for two months,the control group received digoxin for two months.Echocardiography was performed in the patients before and after treatment to examine the relative indices to LVH.Results:Significant improvement of LVH can been seen in the treatment group( P <0.001).Conclusions:Captopril can reverse LVH significantly.更多还原
