【摘要】 目的 :提高胰腺损伤的诊治水平。方法 :回顾性总结胰腺损伤 2 8例 ,按美国创伤外科学会提出的胰腺损伤分级标准 :Ⅰ级 10例 ,Ⅱ级 8例 ,Ⅲ级 4例 ,Ⅳ级 4例 ,Ⅴ级 2例。均进行手术治疗。结果 :术前诊断为胰腺损伤仅 6例 ,占 2 1.5 %。治愈2 4例 ,死亡 4例 ,病死率 14.3 %。结论 :对胰腺损伤早期诊断、早期治疗、选择合理的术式 ,可降低其并发症和病死率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To elevate the ability to diagnose and manage the pancreatic trauma.Methods:Twenty eight cases of pancreatic trauma were reviewed retrospectively.According to AAST 10 cases were of Grade Ⅰ,8 of Grade Ⅱ,4 of Grade Ⅲ,4 of Grade Ⅳ and 2 of Grade Ⅴ.All patients were treated with surgery.Results:Preoperative diagnosis was made in only 6 cases(21.5%).Postoperative death occurred in 4 cases with a mortality of 14.3%.Conclusions:Early diagnosis,prompt treatment and rational operation can decrease the complications and mortality of pancreative trauma.更多还原
