【摘要】 目的 :观察心绞痛、心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉内成形术 (PTCA)的安全性和有效性。方法 :不稳定型心绞痛 3例 ,急性心肌梗死 2例。其中病变血管 6支 ,回旋支远端狭窄 1例 ,左前降支完全闭塞 1例 ,左前降支近端狭窄 3例 (其中 1例合并右冠状动脉中段狭窄 )。分别行PTCA或PTCA加支架术。结果 :PTCA成功 4例 ,失败 1例。PTCA后有 3例发现内膜撕裂和血管壁塌陷 ,随即行支架植入。术前急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床试验 (TIMI)血流 0～ 1级 ,术后均恢复TIMI血流 3级。术后随访 1～ 3个月 ,患者均无心绞痛发作。结论 :PTCA和支架植入 ,是冠状血管再通安全而有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and safety of percutaneous trasluminal coronary angiolasty(PTCA) in unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:PTCA or PTCA with coronary artery stent(CS) were performed in all patients,in which 3 patients with unstable angina pectoris and 2 patients with AMI,vessel disease were left circumflex in 1 patient,left anterior descending artery total occlusion in 1 patient ,left anterior descending stenosis in 3 patients,right coronary artery stenosis in 1 patient.Results:PTCA were successed in 4 patients(success rate 80%) and coronary stent were implanted in 3 patients.TIMI 0～1 flow was in all patients before PTCA and TIMI 3 flow was recovered after PTCA or PTCA+CS.With follow up 1～3 months,there were no any angina attack in all patients.Conclusions:PTCA+CS is a safety and efficient therapeutic maneuver in coronary vessel reperfusion.It is profitable for patients with unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction.更多还原
