【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence of the zygote cytoplasm on the differentiation,the effect of the pole plasm on the differentiation of the prosophila meiocyte and body cell,the effect of the morphogehmetic determinator on the differentiation of the body cell,and the influence of the aliencytoplasm.The expression of the gene takes place on the level of transcription,which the element adjusting the proess of cell transcription is non_histone proteine.It’s composed in the cytoplasm;therefore,cytoplasm plays an important role in the cell differentiation.更多还原
