高炉炉壳顶部KJ柱区局部稳定性的研究
Local Stability Calculation of KJ Columns Welded at Roof of Stack Shell
【摘要】 利用有限元计算了轴向临界压力 ,同时采有简单公式计算了轴向临界压力 ,二者吻合 ,可以采用简单公式快速计算轴向临界压力 .计算表明 ,高炉炉壳几何参数 (半径、壁厚 )设计合理 ,炉壳的稳定性足够 ,不需要加环梁 .为相同类型高炉炉壳的合理设计提供了依据 ,为将来编制统一的高炉炉壳结构设计规范奠定了重要基础
【Abstract】 Researchers pay close attention to whether a circle beam should be added on the foot of column calculation of axial critical stress by using limited_unit and simple formula,which are consistent so that we can take use of simple formula to calculate axial critical stress quicklty.The results show that the design of geometry parameters(radium,wallthick) of furnace shell are reasonability,and the stability is enough.It need not add the circle beam.It provedes the base of reasonable design to the same kind of the furnace shell and it lays down an important foundation for rules of construct design to furnace shell.
