【Abstract】 Expenditure on food and clothing for city citizens in our country is steadily declining while expenses on communications,housing,cultural education and medical treatment are rising. The expending percentage on food consumption is too high whereas that on housing and education is relatively low and consuming loans are undeveloped. To improve the quality of spiritual consumption,we should regulate and perfect the policy of income distribution,greatly develop agriculture and food industry,and conscientiously solve the citizens’ housing problem.更多还原
