【Abstract】 The characteristics of amusement machine accidents and the causes of the accidents are analyzed by the concept and methodology of safety system. Some cases for amusement machine accidents are presented and the characteristics are summarized. The cases show that mechanic injury is a type of high frequency accident and other types of accidents such as electric shock, uncomforted from vibration and noise, suffocation and burns from fire often happen. Children are the crowd easy to be injured in the accident. The consequences of the accidents and the factors influencing the consequences are discussed. Unsafe conditions of amusement machines including design, manufacture and operation, unsafe behavior of people and the defect of management are the causes of the accidents. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of safety management are given. They are perfecting rules and regulations, enhancing self-discipline of managers and operators, and strengthening government supervision including the product and the operation.更多还原
