【摘要】 分别收取小鹅瘟病毒接种后死亡病变明显的鹅胚胚液、胚体。经分离 ,纯化后分别采用透析法和沉淀法进行浓缩。经琼脂扩散试验检测结果显示 :用胚体和尿囊液制备的抗原都分别用小鹅和山羊的抗小鹅瘟血清检测均为阳性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The embryo liguid and embryo body collected from the geese embryo whose change of carcass was most singnificant was concertrated with the method of extract and deposit.After examined by means of agar diffusion test,the result showed that:the above mentioned antigen was tested as positive with the Gps of young geese and goat respectively.更多还原
