【摘要】 在鸭胚成纤维细胞 (DEF)的制备及单层维持过程中 ,通过对不同消化方式 ,营养液的不同pH值 ,不同血清浓度对细胞生长及维持的影响 ,摸索出一种比较经济实用的培养方法 :细胞增殖时 ,最低血清浓度在 5 %左右、pH6 .8～ 7.2时 ,生长状态较佳 ;维持细胞时 ,血清浓度在 1～ 2 %、pH值在 7.4～ 7.6时较好。添加L -谷氨酰胺后 ,细胞的贴壁性增强更多还原

【Abstract】 Expriments were carried out concerning different way of digestion,different pH of nutrition fiuid,different density of serum influencing cell’s growth and mainterance in makirng and separate maintaining duck embryo fibroblast.A economic pragmatic method was established.The cells will have a good growing state when serun density is 5%and pH is 6.8-7.2.As will cells have a good mainterancc when serum density in 1-2%and pH is 7.4-7.6.The nature of keeping close to bottle cliff will better when added L-glutamine.更多还原
