【摘要】 对国内若干有代表性的桑树品种的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱及其酶活进行研究。同工酶酶谱的聚类分析和酶活性比较分析结果表明 :(1 )同工酶酶谱能在一定程度上反映不同品种间的系谱进化关系 ,但尚不能肯定是否反映品种抗逆性的大小 ;(2 )品种抗逆性的强弱与酶活性的关系更为密切更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to expound the relationship between peroxidase isoenzyme(POD) bands,POD activity and the genealogy of mulberry varieties,the peroxidase isoenzyme of 31 mulberry varieties countrywide was studied by means of PAGE and clustered with the peroxidase isoenzyme bands.The results are as follows:(1) The result of clustering to some extent can reflect the genealogical evolve relation of mulberry varieties.(2) The relation between activity of peroxidase isoenzymes of mulberry and variety resistance is more relative.更多还原
