【摘要】 自安徽省宣城、芜湖、无为、望江、合肥、肥东、滁州、寿县、淮北、宿县等 1 0个市、县采集棉花疫病病铃 ,从中分离得到 58个疫霉菌株 ,对其培养性状、形态特征、生理特性、致病性、寄主范围等进行了鉴定研究。根据研究结果和主要疫霉分类检索表 ,将上述菌株均鉴定为苎麻疫霉 (Phytophthora boehmeriaeSawada)。据此认为苎麻疫霉是引致安徽省棉铃疫病的病原菌更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty eight Phytophthora isolates were obtained from cotton boll rot tissue collected from 10 different localities in Anhui, and the cultural character,morphology, physiological characteristics, pathogenicity and host range of the isolates were investigated, respectively. According to the results and the main tabular keys to the identification of the species of Phytophthora, all the fifty eight isolates were identified as Phytophthora boehmeriae Sawada, which suggesting that this species was the pathogenic organism causing cotton boll blight in Anhui.更多还原
