广州市结肠癌危险因素的病例对照研究
A Case-Control Study on Risk Factors of Colon Cancer in Guangzhou
【摘要】 目的:研究广州市结肠癌患者发病的危险因素。方法:采取病例对照研究的方法,采用全国4个城市和地区统一的调查表调查结肠癌患者及健康人各150例,资料按统一数据库收录后,采用SAS软件包进行单因素及多因素统计学分析,建立主效应模型。结果:与结肠癌发病有关的主要危险因素有:长期精神压抑(OR=75),一级亲属患结肠癌(OR=7.886),高血脂及高胆固醇血症(OR=3.443);保护因素有:目前玉米月用量(OR=0.219),目前蛋类月用量(OR=0.278),常吃大蒜(OR=0.352),常吃早餐(OR=0.115)。结论:精神压抑、一级亲属患结肠癌、高血脂及高胆固醇血症是患结肠癌的危险因素;常吃早餐、常吃大蒜、膳食纤维的高摄入是预防结肠癌的保护因素。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the risk factors of colon cancer in Guangzhou.Methods :One hundred and fifty cases with colon c ancer and 150healthy control persons were surveyed with uniformed questionnai re.All data were input into computer and were statistically analyzed with SAS f or monovariate and mu ltivariate analysis.Results:Main variants related to gen esis of colon cancer were:long time psychological depression for(OR =75), colon cancer history of first degre e relatives(OR =7.886),hyperlipemia and hypercholestero lemia(OR =3.443);The following factors showed prot e ctive effect:high monthly intake of corn and eggs(OR =0.219),high in take of garlic(OR =0.352),and regular breakfast(OR =0.115).Con clusions :Long time psychological depression,colon cancer history of first deg re e relatives,and hyperlipemia and hypercholesterolemia were risk factors of c olon cancer;but high monthly intake of corn and eggs,high intake of garlic,an d regular breakf ast were protective factors.
