【摘要】 目的 :观察中药制剂抗震止痉胶囊合谷胱甘肽治疗帕金森病 (PD)的临床疗效及其对患者血抗氧化酶的影响。方法 :将西医常规治疗疗效明显衰减的PD病人 88例随机分为中药组 ( 30例 )、中药加谷胱甘肽组 ( 2 9例 )及西医常规治疗组 ( 2 9例 ) ,分别给予相应的治疗 ,另设正常对照组2 0例 ,观察其疗效 ,并检测各组用药前后的血抗氧化酶活性。结果 :①显效率比较 :中药组 56.7% ,中药加谷胱甘肽组为 75.8% ,西医常规治疗组为 4 4 .8%。中药加谷胱甘肽组与中药组及西医常规治疗组比较 ,其显效率均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。②Webster评分比较 :中药组和中药加谷胱甘肽组治疗前后Webster评分比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。③对血抗氧化酶的影响 :中药组、中药加谷胱甘肽组、西医常规治疗组治疗前抗氧化指标均较正常组有明显差异(P <0 .0 5,或P <0 .0 1) ,中药加谷胱甘肽和中药组对PD患者血抗氧化酶活性均有增强效应 (P<0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1) ;而西医常规治疗组血抗氧化酶活性治疗后明显下降 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :抗震止痉胶囊合谷胱甘肽对西医常规治疗疗效明显衰减的PD患者具有较好的疗效 ,提示其对PD可能具有神经保护性治疗作用 ,而西医常规治疗在一定程度上降低了PD病人的抗氧化能力 ,提示长期?更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangzhen Zhijing capsule combined with Glutathione and its effect on blood antioxidase in parkinson’s disease(PD) patients.Methods:Eighty eight cases of PD inefficacious to western routine treatment were randomly divided into three groups:Chinese drugs(CD) group(30 cases),Chinese drugs combined with Glutathione(CDCWG)group(29 cases),western routine treatment(WRT)group(29 cases).In addition,normal group(20 cases) was set up.Its clinical efficacy was observed and the blood antioxidase of PD patients was measured before and after three-month treatment.Result:①the obvious efficacy rate of CD group ,CDCWG group and WRT group was 56.7%,75.9%,44.8%,respectively.Compared with that of WRT group and CD group,the obvious efficacy rate of CDCWG group was significantly different(P<0.05,or P<0.01);②The comparison of Webster markings:The Webster markings of CD group and CDCWG group before and after treatment all have marked difference (P<0.05,P<0.01).③The effect on blood antioxidase:The blood antioxidase of CD group,CDCWG group,WRT group before treatment have obvious difference compared with that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CD group and CDCWG group all could enhance blood antioxidase activity of PD patients(P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively).The antioxidase activity of WRT group was mardedly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangzhen Zhijing capsule combined with Glutathione has satisfying clinical efficacy on PD.Chinese drugs combined with Glutathione could exert neuroprotective effect on PD.The western routine treatment decreased the blood antioxidase activity of PD patient,which indicate that long-term taking L-dopa maybe accelerate the cource of PD to some degree.更多还原
