【Abstract】 AIM To study an accurate,simple and rapid method with capillary zone clectrophoresis (CZE) for the determination of Ampicillin injections. METHODS In CZE analysis,pH 7 98 25 mmol/L running borax buffer, a constant voltage 16 kV and wave length 214 nm UV detector were used. Sildenafil citrate was used as the internal standard. RESULTS In this experimental condition, the components in Ampicillin injection were separated completely. A good linearity was obtained between concentration and ratio of peak areas for Ampicillin and the internal standard over the ion range of 33 9～678 mg·L -1 . The recovery was 99 96% and RSD of three samples determined in a day and day to day were <2%( n =3) and <3% ( n =5) respectively. CONCLUSION The proposed CZE method can be used for the determination of Ampicillin injection with satisfactory results and has same accuracy as HPLC, but more rapid and easy.更多还原
