【摘要】 目的　研究健脑精喷雾剂的制备、质量控制及临床应用。方法　建立健脑精喷雾剂的制备方法 ,采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别 ,薄层扫描法对主药成分黄芪甲苷进行含量测定 ;以老年性痴呆患者为试用对象。结果　制剂设计合理、工艺简单、质量可控 ;经临床应用 12 5例 ,总有效率 90 4%。结论　本品适合医院制剂室配制 ,可供临床应用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the preparation, quality control and clinical use of Jinanaojing spray. METHODS Set up the preparing method, the main ingredient was identified by TLC and the main effective component astragali A was determined by TLC Scanner. Patients with Alzheimer disease were adminitrated for clinical test. RESULTS The preparation has a rational composition, simple technological requirement and controlled quality. In 125 patients, the total efficiency rate was 90 4%. CONCLUTION Jiannaojing spray can be produced by hospital pharmacy, and it is a useful medicine in the clinical treatment.更多还原
