【摘要】 目的　探讨老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎的预防方法。方法　对 32例严重吞咽障碍并发生过吸入性肺炎和(或 )窒息的老年脑血管病患者 ,置鼻胃管加抗反流治疗 ,观察能否有效预防吸入性肺炎和窒息的发生。结果　 32例患者经置鼻胃管加抗反流治疗后 ,均未再出现吸入性肺炎和窒息。结论　置鼻胃管加抗反流治疗能有效预防老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎和窒息的发生 ,而且经济、实用、安全更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the preventive methods of inspiratory pneumonia in elderly patients with cerebral vascular diseases. METHODS Nasal feeding and antirefluent medicines were taken in 32 elderly cerebral vascular diseases patients complicated with inspiratory pneumonia and/or strangulation because of serious dysphagia. The preventive cases of inspiratory pneumonia and strangulation were observed in the elderly patients. RESULTS The complications such as inspiratory pneumonia and strangulation did not happen in 32 elderly patients after nasal feeding and antirefuent treatment. CONCLUSIONS Nasal feeding and antirefluent treatment help prevent inspiratory pneumonia and strangulation in elderly patients with cerebral vascular diseases, and they are economical, effective and safe methods of prevention.更多还原
