【摘要】 目的 :评价芬太尼PCIA(患者自控静脉镇痛 )对晚期癌痛患者的止痛效果。方法 :PCIA采用LCP(负荷量+持续给药 +患者自控单次给药 )模式 ,根据镇痛、镇静评分调整给药速度和锁定时间 ,共 2 2例。结果 :采用PCIA止痛效果良好 ,患者能主动控制用药 ,避免阿片类药物的滥用并减少其毒副作用。结论 :PCIA是治疗晚期癌痛较好的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the analgesic effect of fentanly at PCIA for terminal cancer pain.Methods\ PCIA was used in the model of LCP.To regulate speed of infusion and locke time by scores of analgesia and sedation.Results\ Fentanyl given by way of PCIA yielded good relief of pain in patients. Patients themselves managed the amounts of fentanyl on their pain so that unnecessary drugs of apoid abuse could be avoided and their toxicity and side effect were reduced markedly.Conclusions\ PCIA was one good method for the relief of terminal cancer pain.更多还原
