【摘要】 目的 :治疗痉挛性脑瘫所致双下肢痉挛 ,降低肌张力 ,为康复训练创造条件。方法 :应用选择性脊神经后根切断方法 (即SPR手术 )。结果 :应用SPR手术治疗 40例近期优良率 95 %。结论 :证实SPR手术有解除肌肉痉挛 ,降低肌张力作用 ,能为术后康复训练创造条件。强调应严格手术适应证更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To treat muscle spasticity of lower extremity of spastic cerebral palsy.To reduce muscular tension,for rehabililation exercise.Methods: selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR).Results: 40 patients with lower limb spastic cerebral palsy were follow up.The muscular tension was remarkablely reduced after operation.Conclusion: The operation of SPR can reduce muscle spasticity and muscular tension.Strictly selected candidates for the operation should be emphasized.更多还原
