阜阳市中小学生发育和营养状况及其健康教育干预
Development and Nutrition Status of Primary Middle School Students in Fuyang and Health Education Intervention
【摘要】 目的 :了解阜阳市中小学生生长发育和营养状况 ,采取针对性健康教育干预措施。方法 :随机抽取全市城乡 7~ 17岁在校学生 3795 5人。准确测量身高、体重 ,以百分位数法评价身高、体重发育等级 ;以身高标准体重法评价现时营养状况 ;本站学校卫生科 1993年~ 1995年连续监测三年。健康教育干预措施为讲课、广播、宣传栏及发放自编宣传册。结果 :经过健康教育干预 ,两年后 ,全市城乡中小学生身高发育上等的人数由原来的 15 .16 %上升到 2 1.5 9% ;体重发育上等的人数由 14.2 4%上升到 17.76 %。营养不良率由原来的 17.2 2 %下降到 12 .2 0 %。营养卫生知识水平有不同程度提高。结论 :加强健康教育、普及营养卫生知识、指导合理膳食、提高学生自我保健意识是保证中小学生身体健康的有效措施。
【Abstract】 In order to understand development and nutrition status of primary and middle school students and apply health education intervention, 37955 students at age of 7-17 were selected to investigate randomly. Their height, weight were measured. Development grades of height, weight were assessed by percentile. The surveillance was conducted 3 years from 1993 to 1995. Health education intervention measures, including lecture, broadcast, propaganda board and propaganda materials, were used. The results indicated that after health education intervention for 2 years, the best grade ratio of the student height increased from 15.16% to 21.59%. The best grade ratio of the student weight increased from 14.24% to 17.76%. The ratio of malnutrition desacended from 17.22% to 12.20%. Nutrition hygiene knowledge of the students improved to a different degree. It was concluded that health education intensification, nutrition hygiene knowledge dissemination and diet guidance were effective measures to improve student health awareness and guarantee student health.
