【摘要】 目的 :为研制国家标准———消毒剂中乙醇含量测定方法 ,建立了用气相色谱法测定消毒剂中乙醇含量的方法。方法 :以氢火焰离子化检测器、GDX— 10 2色谱柱、汽化室温度 190 0 C、检测器温度 190 0 C、柱温 170 0C为测定条件。结果 :检出限 1.0ng ,最低检出浓度 0 .2 0 % ,相对标准偏差 <5 % ,回收率 95 .3— 10 5 .3%。结论 :本法适合消毒剂中乙醇含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for determination of alcohol in disinfectant by GC was developed. This method was based on a flame ionization detector, a chromatographic column with GDX102, a gasify room 190℃, a detector 190℃, a column 170℃. The detection limit was 1.0ng. The concentration limit was 0.20%. The RSD was less than 5% and the recovery was 95.3-105.3%. It was concluded that the method is suitable for determination of alcohol in disinfection.更多还原
