【Abstract】 The position is a geographical relation and isn’t a geographical phenomenon. The position value is a judge based on the value standard of the human geography. There are different types for the position and position value. They have the characteristics of the static state and active state. The location is a place where human behavior can move. It has location value. According to the definition of the location, it shows that the position(or position value)has internal relations with the location(or location value) and the grade of the land value. The norm of human behavior action should be engaged on the best place in economical, political and cultural action. It can get the best synthetic benefits. So, we must analyze scientially the position and position value, or lactation and location value.
