铬黑T-H2O2催化动力学光度法测痕量锌

【摘要】 依据Zn2 +对H2 O2 氧化铬黑T(EBT)褪色反应的催化行为 ,建立了测定痕量锌的催化动力学分析法 .lg(A/Ao)与CZn2 + 呈线性关系的范围为 0 .0 0 8- 0 .2 2 μg/l.检出限为 0 .0 14μg/l.对 0 .0 8μg/lZn2 +测定的RSD为 8.8% (n =11) .常见离子除Fe3+外 ,大多数离子不影响测定 .Fe3+的干扰可用铜铁试剂 -氯仿萃取除去[1] .测量朴欣口服液中的锌含量 ,结果满意

【Abstract】 Based on the catalytic effect of Zn(Ⅱ) ion on the redox reaction of eriochrome black T(EBT) with H 2O 2,a new kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of ultra trace amounts of Zn(Ⅱ). The relationship between the log(A/A 0)and the concentration of Zn(Ⅱ) is linear over the concentration range of 0.008~0.22μg/L with a detection limit of 0.014μg/L Zn(Ⅱ). The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.08μg/L Zn(Ⅱ)(n=11)is 8.8%. The interference for over 30 common ions was investigated,and the results showed that there was no interference observed except for Fe 3+ ion. The interference from Fe 3+ could be eliminated by extraction with cupferron chloroform. The method has been used to determine the content of zinc in Puxin oral liquid with satisfactory results.
