树立走入21世纪的高等教育质量观
Foster the Ideas of Higher Educational Quality in the 21st Century
【摘要】 高等教育迎接挑战,必须正视质量问题。这首先要树立走入21世纪的高等教育质量观,即:高等教育质量是共性化的质量、多样化与整体化的质量,以人为本的系统质量。
【Abstract】 Higher education faces challenges of quality problems. We should foster the ideas of higher educational quality in the 21" century,that is,the quality of higher education is of common interests,of diversity and entirety and human-centered.
