【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the analysis an d study of the relationship under the current employment conditions,between the psychological characters of college graduates,the change of the psy chology in the course of the selectio ns,the evaluation point and the job -huntin g psychology.The states of the job -h unting psychology are primarily de-scribed,and some measures about the education of the job -hunting psychology are presented.更多还原
