【摘要】 在一些高校学生思想政治教育工作中，往往存在着有意识或无意识地片面强调校纪校规的严格约束，而忽视或放松对学生的关心和细致入理的说服工作，从而造成对学校思想教育和管理工作既害怕，又反感的矛盾心理，产生了信任危机。本文对此进行分析，并提出改进意见，强调高校思想政治工作应始终坚持以疏导、尊重为原则的正面教育为主，并依靠政策和制度的导向，纪律和法律的约束加强日常管理，做到“严”和“爱”相结合，以达到教育的最佳效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the ideological＆ political work in universities, people usually put undue emphasis on the strict restrain of the university regulations consciously or unconsciously, while neglect to show their care for the students and do painstaking ideological work, which result in crisis in trust. The author of this article did some analyses and put forward some instructive suggestions; stressed the daily management, which was guided by policy and system on the basis of the positive education; combine“ strictness” with“ love” and maintanin strict discipline in order to achieve the best results.更多还原
