【Abstract】 The paper analyses the problems in the development of the private enterprises facing China’s entry into WTO. The paper also points out the entry will bring them new chances, and puts forwards some essential solutions for them from the points of view of renewing ideas, improving marketing, perfecting management and laying stress on the technology innovations.更多还原
