图形点阵液晶显示器与单片机接口及应用

【摘要】 液晶显示器(LCD)分为段位式和点阵式两大类,段位式 LCD液晶显示器所能显示字符有限,而点阵式 LCD能显示数字、字符、汉字和图形等丰富的信息,有利于人机对话.以 EDM12232A图形点阵 LCD模块为核心,介绍了模块的结构和工作原理,设计了接口电路以及数字、西文字符与汉字的字模提取方式,并采用一般的开发工具实现了模块在远程监测智能终端机上的实时显示.该系统结构紧凑,运行可靠,宜于向类似应用系统移植.

【Abstract】 Liquid crystal display (LCD) is classifed into two kinds:segment digit LCD and graphical lattice LCD. The character displayed by the former is very limited. However, the graphical lattice LCD can display abundant information such as figure, character, Chinese character and graphics etc. It is of great benefit to the man- computer dialogue. By chiefly describing DEM12232A graphical lattice LCD chip, the structure and performance principle are introduced. The interface circuit and the method of forming bytecodes are also designed. By employing common developing tool, the display in real time of DEM12232A on intellectual terminal, which is used for remote monitor, is realized. This subsystem is of compact format and high reliability and suits for being transplanted to the similar applied system.
