煤炭脱硫可行性数学模型的仿真研究
The simulation study of mathematical model of the coal desulphrizing feasibility
【摘要】 控制SO2污染是当今世界关心的重大课题.煤是中国能源支柱,由燃煤造成的硫污染尤为突出.研究煤中硫分与产率之间的关系并建立适用的模型是脱除硫工艺中至关重要的一步.分析了煤的硫分与产率之间的相关关系,加权累加后的硫分与产率之间呈高度相关关系.为了更精确地建模,在浮沉试验所得 6对数据基础上进行加密处理,由结论得知硫分与产率的关系呈 S型函数,利用阻尼最小二乘法对 10种典型的 S型函数进行拟合,由仿真结果知改进型的 LOGISTIC函数的拟合精度最好.全部分析、计算工作均在 Matlab软件上完成.
【Abstract】 The SO2 pollution control is a hot topic in the world. Coal is the main energy source in China. The sulphur pollution caused by burning coal has become very serious recently. Constructing the proper model of sulphur and the coal output is an important step in the process of coal desulphurization technique. The correlation between sulphur and the coal output is analysed, the results show the correlation is high. Interpolation technique is used to close the data density for more accurate modelling. Ten typical S form functions are studied by damping leastsquare method, the simulation results show the modified LOGISTIC model has the greatest accuracy.
