基于GIS的巢湖流域水环境综合治理决策支持系统研究

【摘要】 按照巢湖流域水环境综合治理决策目标要求,与政府决策任务和决策行为特点相适应,利用遥感和地理信息系统技术建立起的巢湖流域水环境综合治理决策支持系统,由遥感信息系统、数据库系统、模型库系统和决策分析系统等模块组成。系统充分利用COM技术、数据仓库、数据开采及OLA技术,能实现多源数据的无缝集成。系统在在巢湖流域水环境综合治理项目决策过程中,发挥快速、准确、全面、连续不断地获取和处理所需辅助决策信息和提供决策分析手段的作用,对提高决策水平有着重要意义。

【Abstract】 In accordance with the object, content and features of the decision made by government, a decision support system based on remote sensing and GIS technique is established for comprehensive treatment of water environment of the Chaohu Basin. The system has four elemental modules involving in remote sensing, data base, model base and decision analysis. It makes full use of latest techniques such as COM, DW, DC, OLAP etc. to realize seamless integration of multi-sourced spatial data. The system will play a significant role in improving decisions by providing prompt, accurate, complete and successive information required.
