霉菌产脂肪酶发酵条件的研究
Studies on Ferment Condition of Lipase from Fungi
【摘要】 从合肥市不同环境的土壤中分离筛选到几株产碱性脂肪酶的霉菌菌株。这些菌株产酶培养基组成 (% )是 :黄豆粉 4 .0 ,玉米浆 1 .0 ,橄榄油 1 .0 ,小麦粉 1 .0 ,(NH4) 2 SO41 .0 ,K2 HPO40 .2 ,pH自然。产酶的最适温度 2 4~ 2 6℃ ,pH稳定范围为 9.4~ 9.5 ,培养周期为 72h .
【Abstract】 Several fungal strain producing lipase were screened from soil of different environment in Hefei. The optimized medium consists of (%): soybean flour 4.0, corn-steep liquor 1.0, olive oil 1.0, wheat meal 1.0, (NH 4) 2SO 4 1.0, K 2HPO 40.2, pH natural. These lipase have an optimum temperature of 24~26℃, 72h, They are stable in the pH rang of 9.4~9.5.
