【Abstract】 John·Keats(1795-1821)was one of the brilliant poets in the age of Romanti-cism in English literature.He pursued all his life the eternal beauty and truth and showed a certain in dulgence in the appreciation of beauty.For a long time he was claimed to be the forerunner of the"art for art’s sake"school by the western critics.This article analyzes his typical poems and his aesthetic views,and reaches the conclusion that he never belongs to the school of Aestheticism.更多还原
