高性能工程塑料聚醚醚酮特性和应用的研究

【摘要】 针对机械、化工等领域的典型易损易蚀件,研究开发出4种填充增强改性热塑性工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEE-K),通过对这些材料的物理、力学和摩擦学性能的试验评价,表明其具有高强度、低摩擦系数和高耐磨性能等特性,并且将PEEK-4、PEEK-2和PEEK-1等几种配方材料成功地应用于气体压缩机阀片和发电机组高温动密封环以及耐腐蚀阀门动密封环。

【Abstract】 Four types of reinforced thermoplastics based on polyetheretherketone(PEEK) were developed for the applications in machinery industry. High strength and low friction coefficient and high wear resistance were obtained in the material tests in connection with mechanical and tribological properties. Successful applications were also achieved when several types of the materials PEEK - 4, PEEK - 2 and PEEK - 1 were used as valve plate in gas compressor and rotor seals in generator facilities and in high temperature valve.
