高性能聚合物/刚性粒子复合材料制备的新技术

【摘要】 研究了用增强增韧填充母粒法制备硬核(刚性粒子)-软壳(弹性体〕结构粒子的新方法,以及制备高性能聚合物材料的理论依据、实施方法及实施效果。结果表明,用增强增韧填充母粒制备高性能聚合物材料的方法,对聚合物具有良好的增强增韧效果,其加工过程简单,适合工业化生产。

【Abstract】 A new method is researched for the preparation of the rigid-particle toughening and reinforcing polymer composites with core/shell dispersed phase structure. Commonly, core-shell structured phase is obtained through solution encapsulation, emulsion encapsulation, reactive extrusion and so on. However, these methods are hard to be applied in industry because of complexity of the prepared procedure. In order to find a way to obtain the core-shell structured polymer composite for industry processing, a method for preparing master batch from rubber (20 %) , filler (80%) and additives by twin screw extmder was proposed. Based on the technique of master batch filled polymer, the polymer composite with high toughness and high modulus was obtained during melt processing. Meanwhile, the master batch filled polymer composites have good processing properties.
