【摘要】 目的 :研究偏二氯乙烯 /氯乙烯 (VDC/VC)共聚物成型品 -火腿肠肠衣膜中化学物在常温下向模拟食品溶剂 (蒸馏水、4%乙酸和正己烷 )中迁移的情况 ,及迁移物的致突变性。方法 :样品前处理方法采用了冻干法和常规法 ,并进行了比较研究 ;迁移物的致突变性应用了Ames试验。结果 :冻干法所获得的迁移物量要比常规法大 6～ 2 7倍。对此迁移物经诱变性测试 (Ames试验 )结果为阴性。结论 :这种共聚物在本试验条件下未发现诱变性。更多还原
